The activity:This course is designed for all those who have ever wanted to find out more about wine and would like to become more familiar with how wine is made, kept and how it compliments different types of food.
Wine appreciation is a descriptive process. Use your senses to study, analyse, describe, judge, qualify and classify each wine, something that can only be achieved by acquiring the necessary analytical skills. These skills are nurtured through a continuous honing of our senses until we develop a sensorial memory, which allows us to distinguish and associate our perceptions about the wine.
We will be working with the “LE NEZ DU VIN” aroma kit by Jean Lenoir.
